Treatment Modalities

I draw from evidence-based therapeutic approaches—including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic Therapy, and the Gottman Method—to support clients in navigating anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges with greater clarity, compassion, and resilience.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS views the mind as a system of “parts,” each with its own feelings and intentions. Some parts may worry, criticize, or numb — all trying to protect you. At the center is your core Self: calm, compassionate, and wise. I use IFS to help clients heal inner conflict, resolve trauma, and reconnect to their most authentic self. This approach is especially powerful for complex trauma, emotional regulation, and deep self-understanding.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Many patterns in adult life stem from early relationships and unconscious beliefs. My psychodynamic approach helps you make sense of your past so you can respond to the present with more freedom. Insight into your emotional roots builds self-compassion and lasting change.

Gottman Method

For couples and relationships
This evidence-based method is grounded in decades of research about what makes relationships thrive. Whether we’re addressing conflict, communication breakdowns, or emotional distance, I use the Gottman Method to guide individuals toward connection, repair, and trust.
